Actor and drummer Stanislav Fišer died at the age of 90. He lent his voice to Vinnetou

Actor and drummer Stanislav Fišer died at the age of 90. For example, he starred in the film Pěnička a Paraplíčko, in many series, but above all in the theater. He has performed more than a hundred roles in comedies and chamber musicals at the Municipal Theaters of Prague. But he celebrated his greatest success in dubbing. He lent his voice to Inspector Clousea, and especially to the Apache Chief Winnetou.

Stanislav Fišer started acting at the turn of the 1940s and 1950s. For example, he starred in the comedy” Family Trampots” by Official Tříška. Its theater director was Jan Werich, whom he liked to remember.

On the boards of the Municipal Theaters of Prague, he had success in the comedy “Charles's Aunt” and many others. He did not reject even the smallest roles to which he was able to give an original expression. But dubbing made him most famous. For all the roles, he's synonymous with the charactre Commissioner Clouseau in the Pink Panther series.

In 2004, Fischer underwent surgery for laryngeal cancer. He lost his atypical voice at the time and had to use a special electronic speaker to communicate.

However, Stanislav Fišer did not forget about the ABC Home Theater, so he returned to his stage in several silent roles, which he enjoyed even after his eighties.
