Kayhan Yıldızoğlu, the master name of Yeşilçam, died in Istanbul at the age of 90 due to old age-related reasons.

The death of Yıldızoğlu, who signed unforgettable projects, left his fans in mourning.

Actress Suna Yıldızoğlu, who sat at the wedding table with Kayhan Yıldızoğlu in 1976, also remembered her ex-husband.

Divorced after two years of marriage, the duo's friendship continued for years.

Suna Yıldızoğlu, who continues to use her ex-husband's surname, experienced great pain when she received the news of Kayhan Yıldızoğlu's death.

Expressing her feelings on her social media account, the famous actress made the following note on the photo she shared; 'The person who discovered my inner world, how much I learned from you. When the love ended, our friendship continued with love and respect. Intelligent, witty, cultured, knowledgeable person, the person whose surname I am honored to bear, rest in peace... You will always be alive in my heart, like my mother and father.'

Kayhan Yıldızoğlu was born on May 28, 1933, in Yeşilköy, Istanbul. Yıldızoğlu, who completed his military service as a reserve officer in 1955, then became a foreign exchange commissioner in the Istanbul foreign exchange. Coincidentally, when he was called by Muhsin Ertuğrul in the acting auditions, a new era began for Yıldızoğlu. Yıldızoğlu got married to Suna Yıldızoğlu in 1976. The couple was married for 2 years. Yıldızoğlu, who made his first film in 1966 under the direction of Haldun Taner, usually played supporting roles such as priests, doctors and commissioners in Turkish cinema. The veteran actress, who continued her theater until 2015, starred in more than 300 films and many television series such as 'Selena' and 'Flower Taxi' after 1986.
