The National Association of Interpreters (Andi) reported the death of Rebeca Vicenta Medina Romo, better known as Rebeca D'Vivar, who participated in the film El caudillo, alongside Emilio 'El Indio' Fernández and Luis Aguilar.
La Andi, through its social networks, lamented the death of the renowned actress and sent condolences to her loved ones, who are devastated by her loss.
"To his family and friends we send our deepest condolences on behalf of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee of ANDI," the institution wrote.
Rebeca D'Vivar will be remembered for acting in the films El caudillo (1968), 4 females and a male less (1979) and Crucible (1967). In each of them, Rebeca left her energy and passion for the arts.
The actress died on February 7, 2024, in Mexico City accompanied by her loved ones. During her final days, she stayed away from the cameras.
His death was also announced by the National Association of Actors (Anda), who "regretted the sensitive passing" and sent a message of support to his family.
"(Dies) our colleague Rebeca Vicenta Medina Romo "Rebeca D'Vivar" occurred on February 7, 2024. Our deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. May he rest in peace," the Anda wrote.
