Spanish producer, writer, director actor and Miami, Florida land developer died on September 1, 2021. He was 83. Born Francisco Martinez Celeiro on September 18, 1937 in Barcelona, Spain, he a successful athlete. Martin was the Spanish runner-up in gymnastics and was a member of the Olympic team, but without taking part later in the games itself. Because of his athleticism and good looks he was given a screen test. After his first adventure films Martin was best known for numerous roles in spaghetti westerns, often as the main character. Later, he also produced, wrote and directed film.
He suddenly ended his film career in 1972 and moved to Miami, Florida where he succeeded a successful career as a real estate owner. He was owner of Biscayne management. Married twice, once to Mitsuko Miyashiki de Martinez who died in 2012, he leaves his widow Mercedes Piedra who he married in 2018.
